I have used the Holton Rd. location in the past, but was referred to Henry St. for a last minute alteration on my daughter’s prom dress. Andrea was professional and efficient, and did her best to accommodate us on such short notice. Customer service is definitely her strong suit!

Had to call back to ask for a quicker turnaround on my jacket and they made it happen like it was no problem with friendly service. Tim (I think was his name) was a real pleasure, as is everyone I've met there - mostly on Henry Street. They always do a great job.

In the past year or so, I've had them clean a formal dress for me and fix the zipper on another dress for me. Just today I picked up my 5'x8' long fiber area rug and it was amazing! Not only that, but it was priced lower than I expected. Great service from a great Muskegon business, thanks guys!

I had an amazing experience working with Andrea! I had to pick up an order for my mother, I have never used Plantegas services before so I had no clue what I was doing. She was so helpful and pleasant. She made the entire experience so easy. Any concerns I had or questions I was relaying from my mom were confidently handled. Wonderful service!!

I have never been to a cleaners, and I had clothes that should have been cleaned long ago. I didn't know what to expect, so you can imagine how pleased I was to receive the suits back, beautifully cleaned, pressed, and much less expensive than I had thought!! I highly recommend Platenga's!

Just started going here after a move to the area. Checked reviews beforehand. I must say that I am impressed. The laundry bags are a cool touch. My boyfriend is quite happy using them. It makes the whole experience memorable and simple.
